ENGINEER OF RECORD IS TO MAKE PERIODIC INSPECTIONS AND UPON COMPLETION OF WORK, SUBMIT LETTER TO THE CITY OF MINNEAPOLIS - INSPECTIONS DEPARTMENT, STATING WORK WAS COMPLETED TO SPECIFICATIONS BASED ON DESIGN INTENT. SEE PLAN AND WORK SPECIFICATIONS FOR DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE AS WELL AS PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
